Collaboration

Our Early Years team at École Mondiale World School had the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with Crescent Model Higher Secondary School in Karachi, Pakistan, as part of their inquiry into the unit on stories. The children were eager to explore how festivals are celebrated in different cultures, and we were thrilled to share the story of Navratri, a vibrant festival celebrated in India.

We discussed how we celebrate Navratri at our school, focusing on its traditions, the meaning behind the festival, and the joy it brings to the community. The exchange of stories allowed both schools to explore the richness of cultural diversity, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of different traditions. It was an engaging and enlightening experience for the students as they connected through shared stories and celebrations.
