For students aged through 3 to 11, the PYP is a programme that sets young students on the path of becoming active participants in a continuous journey of education.

PROGRAMME INFORMATION

Every child is special and unique with their own individual needs, abilities and talents. We recognize these needs, in order to understand each child’s strengths as Early Years & Primary Years are crucial for setting up a strong foundation.

IB Early Years – Nursery – Kindergarten (ages 3-6 yrs)

Children are known to develop distinct and unique personalities as early as the age of three. This is why we want students in the Early Years to be confident, successful and have a sense of self and develop their independence.
At École Mondiale, we strive to create a caring and holistic environment, one where the staff fosters a warm and nurturing learning atmosphere in partnership with parents. We believe that this is the best way to highlight and celebrate each child's abilities, talent and success.

Under the able supervision of our teachers, your child will be encouraged to think creatively, make meaningful choices, take responsibility and, interact and work effectively with others.

IB PYP (Primary Years Programme) Curriculum Framework:

The Primary Years Programme is equipped with homeroom and specialist teachers. We strongly believe that a teacher’s influence can last a lifetime.  By maintaining a 6:1 student-teacher ratio, we make sure every child receives the amount of attention that they deserve.

To strike a fair balance between academic and leisurely pursuits, we encourage students to participate in extra-curricular activities throughout the school year. Special events and celebrations like the Literacy Week, Arts Week, Science Week, etc. highlight all the areas of our curriculum.

The PYP Exhibition is one that our Grade 5 students take part in. This exhibition ensures a smooth transition to the Middle Years Programme. As a school community, we use our recourses to develop the skills, knowledge and attitude that every child needs now and in the future.
