International Dot Day
Your children may have been sharing with you a lovely book that Ms. Chaitali has been reading during library sessions. “The Dot” by Peter Reynolds is a book that we encourage you all to read and discover how we each have the ability to shine.
September 15th is International Dot Day. As this is this Sunday, the EYs and PYP sections have decided to undertake various activities and learning across next week that will culminate in a Dot Day Dress Up Day next Friday September 20. Our EYs and Primary students are encouraged to show their creativity and see how they can dress up in dots.
What is the purpose of International Dot Day?
Every year, millions of students and educators connect on International Dot Day to celebrate creativity, courage, and collaboration. This resonates well with our EMWS philosophy where we endeavour to develop our students holistically. We look forward to going dotty across next week!
