Animal Protection & Environment group Guest Speaker Mr. Dahodwala
BY: EMWS
Guest Speaker sessions are an important component of the PYP exhibition Inquiry process. Our recent session with Mr. Dahodwala was informative and engaging. His passion for the endangered feline since 1993 has taken him to most of the natural tiger habitats around India. He shared his experience when he volunteered for Tiger census in Ranthambore. Students were excited to see his tiger moment photographs. He discussed about the interdependence between food chain and ecosystem to maintain an equilibrium by explaining the extinction of the tiger, the top predator, would indicate that its ecosystem is not sufficiently protected, and neither would it exist for long thereafter.
We thank Mr. Dahodwala for coming in as our guest speaker.
