The second fastest game around the world is Basketball. This activity will run for a semester to allow students time to develop their skills and enhance their understanding and appreciation of the game.
Soccer Grade 1 to 5 (Boys & Girls)
Soccer is the most popular sport worldwide and it is not any different at Ecole Mondiale World School. The Soccer activity will involve some coaching in the skills of the game as well as the opportunity to play in small group situations. Soccer at EMWS not only emphasizes on passing, heading, dribbling, shooting and tackling but also nurtures team spirit, a competitive outlook & sets an atmosphere for fun and fair play.
Gymnastics Grades 1 to 5 (Boys and Girls)
Gymnastics is called the mother of all sports. One of the most popular and oldest sports of the Olympics, Gymnastics has been a part of "the games" since ancient times. The sport traces its origins to Greece where athletes received physical training in a special arena, in addition to many other disciplines including the arts, philosophy and literature.
Table Tennis Grade 1 to 5 (Boys & Girls)
Table Tennis emphasizes all round development. We do this through a set of professional coaches who not only train the students the skills but also work on their physical fitness and their concentration.
Swimming 1 to 5 (Boys and Girls)
Swimming is the complete exercise. At Ecole, under the guidance of professional coaches student will be taught the nuances of this sport. Join us in the pool and show the prowess all you children of the water.
Chess Club Grade 1 to 5 (Boys & Girls)
The school had organized Inter house chess competition last year. Students had participated in large numbers. Some of the students performed extremely well. This activity will run for a semester to allow students time to develop their skills.
Karate Grade K2 to 5 (Boys and Girls)

Karate" originally meant Chinese hand, but was later changed to a homonym meaning "empty hand" in Japanese. It is known primarily as a striking art, featuring punching, kicking, knee/elbow strikes and open handed techniques. However, grappling, joint manipulations, locks, restraints/traps, throws and vital point striking also appear in karate. Join in and become a practitioner of karate- a karateka.
Computer Games Grade 3 to 5 (Boys and Girls)
Be action oriented, a goal achiever. Aim to be the best computer wizard in town. Join in and learn new technology and newer processes. Enjoy and learn.
Creative Ceramics Grade 4 to 5 (Boys & Girls)
Ceramics is an activity for students to express their creativity in a 3- dimensional form. Come and learn ceramic techniques such as hand building and slab work. They will also learn the ceramic colouring techniques and glazing.

If you enjoy making things then this activity will give you the opportunity to explore several different types of crafts.
The Book Club:
Grade 3 to 5 (Boys and Girls)

In the book club we celebrate the bookworm! All students who enjoy reading get together. We start with a group discussion or read aloud. After which we get a quarter of an hour to read quietly individually. We then proceed to discuss our respective books as per the structure of a literary book club. Because of the different ages of the students our discussions cover books for the young and the more 'mature’ books. Appreciation of all kinds of books is learned and encouraged.
Junior Chef Grade 1 to 5 (Boys and Girls)

Keyboards Grade 1 to 5 (Boys and Girls)

Students become familiar with keyboards, right from setting them up to using them and putting them away. They learn how to read notation and play music on keyboards, with the correct fingering and suitable dynamics.
Violin Grade 4 to 5 (Boys and Girls) Beginners and Advanced

The students learn to appreciate and understand the intricacies of a violin. They are taught the method of holding the violin, the bow, the use of the fingers and the basic sounds of the strings.
Art and Craft Grade K2 to 3 (Boys and Girls)
The method of expressing oneself though colour and creativity helps children to be restful and calm after a full days work. The use of different mediums for craft work also colours their imagination.
Fabric Painting Grade 3 to 5 (Boys and Girls)
With a few colours and a suitable brush, fabric painting opens up endless opportunities for transforming the objects around you. Life Style Skills Grade 4 and 5 (Boys and Girls)
Children's personal skills are increasingly likely to influence their future life and their interactions with others. In this club the basic
skills of talking, behaviour, etiquette and grooming will be taken up for the children to inculcate.
Water Colours Grade 3 to 5(Boys and girls)
Students will learn the use of single,
mixed and combinations of various colours.
They will make greeting cards, posters and
learn to abble with paints.
Dance-Hip-Hop or Bollywood Grade 1 to 5 (Boys & Girls)
“Expressive movements of the body accompanied by facial expressions, govern by the
rules of rhythm = Dance”. Dance is an expression
of pleasure. In this activity the students will be exposed
to modern dances such as hip- hop and Bollywood.
